All courses must be booked in advance.
 
What to wear
Loose comfortable clothing, bring a warm top to put on for the stetch and relax section at the end of the class. The class is performed in bare feet.
A small hand towel is useful for some of the exercises.
 
What to bring
Mats are not supplied so could you please bring your own mat. A few spare ones are available in class should you forget yours.
